Train-the-Trainer Course Manual

Manual for preparing instructors and examiners to teach, brief, debrief, and assess flight crew. It works with ICAO evidence-based training methodology (ICAO Doc 9995 and related PANS-TRG material). It is not an operations manual and does not replace a national regulation or an approved training programme.

Use the chapters for how to instruct. Use your national aviation rules and your organisation's approved training manuals for what is legal and mandatory in your operation. A short worked example of how an organisation might map this manual onto a local programme is in Ex.1 How to adapt this manual.
